Our medspa is under the medical direction and supervision of the talented and experienced Dr. Joshua Halpern, the board-certified plastic surgeon who pioneered techniques to help patients heal with optimal results. Yana Lukjantschenko, FNP-BC, ARNP
Yana Lukjantschenko is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and advanced aesthetic injector known for her refined technique and artistic eye. With over eight years of experience in aesthetic medicine, she specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
Yana is passionate about delivering elegant, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features while maintaining balance and harmony. Her approach combines medical expertise, precision, and individualized treatment planning to create refreshed, youthful outcomes with minimal discomfort.

Angela, Medical Esthetician
Angela grew up in Northern VA where she received her B.A. in English from George Mason University. At a very young age, she developed early onset Rosacea. She spent years trying to find an aesthetician to help her with her skin. Unfortunately, because her skin was so sensitized and reactive, she was constantly turned down for any type of treatment beyond a simple facial. This sparked an intense interest in skin and led her on a journey to try to find a way to ease her symptoms. After relocating to Florida, she decided to go back to school for aesthetics. This is where she stumbled on her true love, lasers. Angela has since gravitated towards treatments that help clients with more advanced skin issues, such as acne, scarring, aging and, of course, Rosacea. Her passion is truly getting to know each of her clients and to help them on their skincare journey to feel amazing in their skin.

Neuromodulators
BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic is the most well-known anti-aging treatment for a reason: because it works! This neuromodulator treatment reduces the appearance of expression-causing lines and wrinkles like forehead creases, crow’s feet, drooping brows, bunny lines, and smoker’s lines by temporarily blocking chemical signals that cause muscles to contract. This treatment can reduce or prevent wrinkles for three to six months.
XEOMIN®
XEOMIN® works much in the same way as BOTOX® Cosmetic; though the name is lesser known, it is still an extremely effective injectable neurotoxin. This solution does not contain additive proteins like BOTOX® Cosmetic, meaning that there is less chance of allergic reaction.

Revanesse® Versa™
Revanesse® Versa™ is an injectable filler made of hyaluronic acid that reduces moderate to severe facial wrinkles and creases, including deep nasolabial folds (parenthesis lines between the nose and mouth). Compared to other HA fillers, this product contains cross-linked HA particles that result in less swelling and provide longer-lasting results.
JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC
JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® is an injectable dermal filler with a thicker consistency, making it ideal for cheek volume correction. This FDA-approved HA filler adds noticeable fullness for up to two years and can also fill marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and hollow temples.
JUVÉDERM®
JUVÉDERM® is one of the most trusted names in injectable dermal fillers. This hyaluronic acid-based filler offers instantaneous fullness while supporting the body’s production of collagen. Use this product to smooth under-eye bags, wrinkles, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, chin wrinkles, lip fullness, and more. Results can last up to 18 months.
JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus XC
JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus is a thicker hyaluronic acid-based filler that holds its shape well. This makes it ideal for treating deeper wrinkles and folds in high-movement areas, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines. This injectable treat also restores volume in the top of the hands. Results can last up to 12 months.
RADIESSE®
RADIESSE® combines the benefits of different facial fillers by offering immediate improvement in fullness and long-lasting results. This filler consists of calcium hydroxylapatite suspended in a gel carrier that immediately fills areas but also stimulates collagen production for improvement that gets better with time. Use this for jawline and chin contouring, cheek enhancement, and hand rejuvenation.
Restylane®
Restylane® is a popular dermal filler designed to rejuvenate and enhance facial contours. This injectable is composed of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body, and it effectively diminishes wrinkles, adds volume, and restores a youthful appearance. Sculptra® Aesthetic
Sculptra® Aesthetic works differently from other fillers. Instead of “plumping” the skin, this injectable stimulates collagen production for results that last up to two years or more. This treatment is beneficial for treating the cheeks, the cheek hollow (beneath the cheekbones), the temples, the marionette lines, and the jawline.

Candela Exceed™
