Multiple areas can be treated at once, and you can combine your BOTOX® Cosmetic injections with dermal fillers during the same session.
Is There Any Downtime After BOTOX® Cosmetic?
This injectable comes with minimal downtime. In fact, many patients choose to get their BOTOX® Cosmetic done on their lunch breaks before returning to work.
While you will not have to “recover at home” following your injection, you will need to avoid strenuous exercises or massages for at least 24 hours. You will also not want to lie down immediately after treatment, as these activities can cause BOTOX® migration.
Most patients only report temporary redness and soreness following BOTOX® Cosmetic.
When Will I See My BOTOX® Cosmetic Results?

Do I need to prepare for my BOTOX® Cosmetic session?
There is little you need to do before your injection. You will be asked to avoid aspirin and any other blood-thinning medication and need to inform your injector about any bleeding disorders or infections you might have. Also, patients should not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
